Advanced settings

Leave OAuth Client ID and OAuth Client Secret blank — Claude registers automatically, then you sign in with Google.

  1. Paste Name + URL above → leave OAuth blank → click Add
  2. Sign in to Betterfound with Google when Claude opens the authorize page
  3. Click Allow access — then just start asking

No API key needed for claude.ai. Local Cursor still uses an API key from Settings.

Safe to hand to an AI

  • Your AI only sees clean numbers — sketchy referrer spam and injection attempts are scrubbed before they ever reach the chat.
  • Bots and crawlers are filtered out by default, so the answers reflect real humans — not scrapers inflating your numbers.

For the technically curious, the connector exposes list_sites · get_stats · compare_periods · get_realtime · get_insights · get_content_opportunities.
